Angie is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and uses Pilates as her foundational method for training. Pilates is a posture based movement practice designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness. Personal training sessions will combine the use of the Pilates Reformer, resistance training, light weights, and functional movement patterns. Your program will be tailored to your personal movement goals and address your body's needs at the same time!
Your first session will include a functional movement screen to determine your movement proficiency and then a specific program will be designed for you. Most people like to see Angie once or twice per week to see the most benefit.

Workout with a friend! This is an engaging exercise session using the Pilates Reformer. This semi-private session will be tailored to you and your partner's goals and physical needs. Pilates is a posture based movement practice designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.
Most people like to schedule these sessions with their friend or family member once per week.
