Working with Angie will give you a tailored movement practice that you can incorporate into your physical fitness routine. Angie offers functional movement screening to determine your proficiency prior to any fitness routine design.
Angie is a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor and has been teaching since 2016. Schedule with Angie at one of her two locations. Home visits are available at additional cost.
