Reach your true potential through a whole body wellness approach. Reset your habits in nutrition and eating behaviors, movement, sleep quality, and relaxation. It’s a complete self care plan designed to give you results.

Week 1: Eat and Move
We will meet in person to discuss the program guidelines, identify your goals, review the food plan and weekly journal activities. Bring your questions and enthusiasm.

Week 2: Relax
In this hour we will check in about your first week, address challenges and questions, then we will dive into the topic of relaxing.  There is a reason we are discussing this topic early in our month.

Week 3: Sleep
We are half way through our month.  This is an exciting week as well as a challenging one.  Together we will discuss ways to stay on track and continue to be motivated when times are tough.  Then we will discuss in detail our relationship to sleep, science behind it, and how it applies to weight loss.  

Week 4: Sustainability
The last week of the program is upon us and I can guarantee the group will have a lot to talk about.  We will check in about progress you have made on your goals and make adjustments where necessary.  We will design a sustainability plan that you will begin to implement in the final week. 


Final Meeting: Pot-Luck Celebration
We must celebrate and reconnect as a group.  We will share a meal of Whole 30 approved food, share our successes and challenges, and commit to our sustainability plan. Making changes in our wellness isn’t easy but it is possible.  You will be amazed what you are capable of doing when you set your mind to it and have the support of others to give you strength. 

In addition to our weekly meetings, you will receive weekly emails with journal prompts, recipes, tips, and motivation. You will also have regular contact with the group via WhatsApp.  

Angelina Corwin is a Movement Specialist and owner of Activated Body. Whole New Me in 30 is a guided wellness program designed by Angelina with inspiration from 10 years working in Public Health, the book How to Make Disease Disappear by  Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, and the Whole 30 program. Angelina Corwin is not a Whole 30 certified coach.
