Angie Corwin is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and uses Pilates as her foundational method for training. She is also trained in Anatomy in Motion and is a Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. Angie will take care of you.
Pilates is a posture based movement practice designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness. Personal training sessions will combine the use of the Pilates Reformer, resistance training, light weights, and functional movement patterns. Your program will be tailored to your personal movement goals and address your body's needs at the same time!
