Virtual Mat Pilates
A posture focused movement class that incorporates joint mobility, strategic muscle activation, and functional movement patterns. This class moves slowly and deliberately to allow you a greater opportunity to gain body awareness through movement. That doesn’t mean it’s easy but it does mean that you will be able to follow along. All levels welcome.
A 50 minute Pilates class on the equipment that is appropriate for all fitness levels. Pilates equipment enhances your movement experience by adding resistance and assistance.
Circuit Equipment Pilates
A 50 minute Pilates class using the equipment. Each class you will accomplish 3 rounds of 6 different exercises. The Circuit Pilates Class aligns with the foundational principles of Pilates while bringing in weight lifting strategies to bring you a class that pushes the boundaries of your strength.
This class can be more challenging than a regular Pilates Equipment class. Those new to Pilates should contact the instructor prior to booking to ensure this is the best class to attend.
Sculpt & Tone
A 50 minute Mat Pilates based fitness class using small equipment to enhance your body’s experience as you challenge it’s foundational strength. No Pilates experience needed.
Pole dancing is a form of dance that mixes traditional dance like ballet with strength and contortion elements, leading to a gymnastics-like exercise.
