Sculpt and Tone - Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30pm
A Pilates based fitness class using small equipment to enhance your body’s experience as you challenge it’s foundational strength. This class is for individuals who are interested in taking their fitness goals to the next level. No Pilates experience needed.
Barre - Wednesday 5:30 - 6:30pm
Taught by Kelsey Regan - this is a fun, energetic class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of dance, yoga and strength training. This class will leave you energized. All fitness levels and movement experience are welcome.
Moving Well - Thursday 7 - 8pm
A posture focused movement class that incorporates joint mobility, strategic muscle activation, and functional movement patterns. This class moves slowly and deliberately to allow you a greater opportunity to gain body awareness through movement. That doesn’t mean it’s easy but it does mean that you will be able to follow along. All levels welcome.
Weekend Warm-Up - Saturday 9 - 10am
Mobility training allows you to improve joint function preparing you for more vigorous activities. Use this class to get your body prepared for your weekend adventures in the New River Gorge. All fitness levels and movement experience are welcome.
Moving Well Seniors - TBD
This class offers appropriate movement for the adult interested in aging gracefully. We will explore functional movement patterns that will keep you moving well in all of your activities. Osteoporosis friendly and you don’t have to be a senior to participate.
Whole New Me in 30 - July 10 - August 14
Your health and well-being are the foundation for living life to the fullest. This program is the bridge between a desire to make a change and taking action to create that change. There is no better time than now to do this.
