Virtual Mat Pilates
Monday at 12:00 - 12:50pm

A posture focused movement class that incorporates joint mobility, strategic muscle activation, and functional movement patterns. This class moves slowly and deliberately to allow you a greater opportunity to gain body awareness through movement. That doesn’t mean it’s easy but it does mean that you will be able to follow along. All levels welcome.
Malaya Flow Yoga
Tuesday 5:30 - 6:20 pm

Malaya Flow is moving, playing, learning, and exploring Yoga asanas (poses). Junelia uses movement to help increase joint range of motion; incorporates strength exercises to create stability in your movements and sustain our modern way of life; learn different ways to stretch to increase flexibility; and learn to calm the mind and body with breathing techniques.
Lunch Time Crunch Time - Pilates Equipment

This mid-day movement class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Come warm up, work out and cool down all in just 40 minutes start to finish! In this reformer focused session you will move and stretch, rotate and elongate those tight muscles with the help of the spring system on the Reformer.

Gentle Flow Yoga - Oak Hill Amphitheater
Friday 5:30 - 6:20 pm
Instructor: Sarah Abrams
This Friday evening class is a great way to jump start your weekend and what better way to do so than outside. Sarah will guide you through an intentional practice that connects the breath with movement. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. You will leave feeling energized, yet relaxed with gratitude in your heart and a smile on your face.
