A Pilates based fitness class using small equipment to enhance your body’s experience as you challenge it’s foundational strength. This class is for individuals who are interested in taking their fitness goals to the next level. No Pilates experience needed.
Starting September 22 - Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30pm

This is a fun, energetic class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of dance, yoga and strength training. This class will leave you energized. All fitness levels and movement experience are welcome.
Virtual ONLY - Monday at Noon and 7pm
In-Person and Virtual - Thursday Noon and 7 - 8pm
A posture focused movement class that incorporates joint mobility, strategic muscle activation, and functional movement patterns. This class moves slowly and deliberately to allow you a greater opportunity to gain body awareness through movement. That doesn’t mean it’s easy but it does mean that you will be able to follow along. All levels welcome.
