October 2 6:00 - 8:00 pm: Eat
We will meet to discuss the program guidelines, identify your goals, review the food plan and weekly journal activities. Bring your questions and enthusiasm.
October 9 6:00 - 7:30 pm: Move
We will check in about your first week, address challenges and questions, then we will dive into the topic of movement.
October 16 6:00 - 7:30 pm: Relax
We are half way through Whole 30. This is an exciting week as well as a challenging one. Together we will discuss ways to stay on track and continue to be motivated when times are tough. Then we discuss relaxing, our current relationship to it, and how we incorporate more of it into our lives.
October 23 6:00 - 7:30 pm: Sleep
This is the final week of Whole 30 but not the end of this program.We will begin to talk about how to make wellness a consistent part of our lives then dive into the topic of sleep, science behind it, and how it applies to weight loss.
October 30 6:00 - 7:30 pm: Sustainability
The last week of the program is upon us and I can guarantee the group will have a lot to talk about. We will check in about progress you have made on your goals and make adjustments where necessary. In this final week we begin to reintroduce the foods we are most curious about with the support of the group.
November 6 6:00 - 7:30 pm: Pot-Luck Celebration
We must celebrate and reconnect as a group. We will share a meal of Whole 30 approved food, share our successes and challenges, and commit to our sustainability plan. Making changes in our wellness isn’t easy but it is possible. You will be amazed what you are capable of doing when you set your mind to it and have the support of others to give you strength.
